After testing the balls you sent me I liked the NXT TOUR over the NXT Tour S. THe tour was the best ball I tried in years.
The ball went for more distance and was great around the green . I will be switching to the NXT tour.

Your email address is wrong. Check the paper for correct email survey address.

Mike Reuter;
I tried to access the website also and the the website listed on the on- course valuation instructions says it does not exist.I liked the Prototype two ball. It was softer than the previous Prov1x and I liked how it reacted around the greens with good spin.I did not notice the ball going longer but it did seems to fly off the face. THis is better than last years Prov1x. I tried a Prottype Prov also and I found it 10 yads longer than the olsd and other prototype ball.......My preference ids the Prov1. When can I purchase?

I also went to the site that was given to me on the paper that was enclosed for the 3 Titleist golf balls and could not access the site at http://survey.titleist.com/s3/TitleistPrototype1 to provide the feedback on them.

Hi Ed,
Thanks for the post and note on the link. I just tested the survey again and was able to get in without any issues. Do you mind trying the link again and letting me know if you still experience any issues? Thanks a lot.

Best,
Mike,
I just clicked on the link and it worked, not sure what was going on, but I tried it many times and just felt there was a URL issue to the survey. Thanks and will complete the review of the Test.

Maybe try logging in on your Team Titleist account first (That's what I did). Then open another browser and type the address carefully, it might help. And make sure to double check the spelling and all...
I did mine that way. I just hope it went thru properly.

Hi Mike,
I saw your post and thought I would contact you. I tried the link for the survey and it did work. I was able to fill out the survey. However in the instructions sent, it says in order to access, you will need to input your team titleist username and password. I was never asked for this information and never entered it anywhere. Just wanted to bring this to your attention incase this info may have been wanted to know who actually did participate in the survey?
Best Regards,
Mike M.
Thanks for the heads up. I'll pass your note along to the team. Thanks again.

This may be a silly question, but are the "TEST" balls considered conforming?
My playing crowd is feeling jealous of my inclusion in this test... and are preimptavely questioning my performance as I will be testing them against them this weekend.

Hi Luke,
While these prototype golf balls stamped "Test" are USGA conforming, they have not been submitted to the USGA for listing on the Conforming Ball List. Because they do not appear on the Conforming Ball List, please do not not use these prototypes in any tournament play.
Here is the link to Rule 5 on USGA which also talks about the Condition of Competition rulings for tournaments and the List of Conforming golf balls, just in case you want to take a look: http://www.usga.org/Rule-Books/Rules-on-Clubs-and-Balls/Rule-5-%E2%80%93-The-Golf-Ball/
Enjoy the testing and we look forward to your feedback.
Understood.
My playing buddies will feel the wrath. Feedback including thier excuses will be forthcoming. HA!

I too, just filled out a survey for prototype 1 and there was no where in the process that prompted me for my username and password.
I too, just wanted to be able to notate that, just in case further feedback may need to be provided and i can be contacted accordingly.
thanks for letting me a part of the process!

Same here on the fact that it did not require username or password.
Perhaps it found the username and password stored in my browsers memory.

Hi Chris,
Thanks for the post and thanks for helping us out with the testing. There was a misprint on the instructions as your username and password is not required for the survey. Sorry for any confusion and thanks again.

I played the Test balls today, which I recieved earlier this week. I enjoyed the balls very much, but I have not been able to find the survey. When i type in the site on the instructions, it replys that no such sit is exists.

Joe,
A couple of things I noticed during the review process: The instructions included with the prototypes said that I would need my Team Titleist username and pw to enter the site. However, I did not have to give those to enter into the survey. Second, the instructions on the website read that I should have received two sleeves of different prototype balls. I re-read it to make sure what I was reading was true. I got one sleeve, which I am honored to have been chosen, and went on to compare the ball I normally play to the prototype. i got into the survey on the first try, but again, didn't have to enter my Team Titleist info like the instructions indicated.
Play well,
Nick

I received golfballs to test but the survey site did not work. The site was: http://survey.titleist.com/s3/TitleistPrototype1. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Hi William,
Joe MGrosse Pointe Woods,, MI
I too tried tested some prototype golf balls and tried to access a web site that did not exist to evaluate them. I am ready to give my opinion on the balls, but don't know where to go?
The tee ball is long and straight .
