Pro v1+?

    So I went into my local dicks to pick up a few packs of pro v1 x-outs. Opened the pack up when I got to the car and realized they are pro v1+ balls. Never heard or seen them and looked them up and only thing I saw was they are tour issue balls but no detail. Does anyone have a clue if there is any difference?

    That is an example of a tour-only tweaked version of the Pro V1. I have hit the Pro V1 +, Pro V1x +, and Pro V1x (dot) all seem to very similar to their commercially available counterparts with small adjustments on trajectory. Here is Mike D.'s response when someone else asked about them."The golf balls have the same basic construction from the core, casing, cover and dimple pattern. The only minor difference is a slight variation in flight/trajectory (i.e. the Pro V1x+ has a slightly higher flight) that some players on tour like to see."

    I had a tour rep tell me that exact same thing.
