I am looking to upgrade my irons. I am interested in the AP2 or the CB's.

You can't go wrong with the AP2! I just put a set of the AP2 712s in my bag and are they sweet! Really easy to hit and look great too.
Thanks

You should test both. I prefer the CB's.

If you like a soft feel chipping around the greens, try the CB irons. I just put them in my bag,,,, They are great!

Recommend you to go to a professional fitter with the right equipment and get an answer to your question there. Only he and yourself can pick the right equipment for you.
I am truly happy with my AP2 irons, but that does not mean they are the best for you.

I am with Steen - Go to a Pro and get fit for your clubs. It is a big investment to just take a stab at. There are so many different combinations to be concerned about - shaft, lie, grip, etc. are all super important.

They're both great clubs. Go visit your Titleist rep and get fitted for the proper ones.
There are not any fitters close to me. Thats the bad part of living away from a big city.

Hi Don,
If you get to Dallas, that is where we would recommend that you go - we have a Regional fitter named Kyle at the Jim McLean Learning Center - his number is: 817-303-4370. The Regional centers have the largest matrix of shafts outside of our Vans and 2 Tour facilities. Closer to your home would be in Tyler, Texas, John or Nolan over at Hollytree CC - 903.581.7723 or WillowBrook and the contact is Chris - 903-592-8229. If you get to Shreveport, our recommended fitter is Nathan at Southern Trace CC - 318.798.8301. Even though several are private clubs, I have spoken to all and they will do fittings for non-members. Just give them a call and they can give you the details.
