A few of us golfers were golfing our make-up games in the morning before our regularly scheduled afternoon League Tee time. It is a Knights of Columbus League that plays at Grosse Ile Michigan's Waters Edge Golf Course. The first hole is approximately a 142 yard Par 3 for us seniors. Well my first swing of the day and the ball rolled downhill right into the cup. What a great feeling, especially when other golfers are watching! The first thing I was told was to put that ball in my bag and use a different ball so I did. Well that afternoon some of the League golfers that didn't see the mornings Hole-in-One were making the usual comments like "lets see you do it again." Not thinking I pulled out my Hole-in-One ball and put it on the Tee. Again, I swung my club and guess what ... the ball again rolled downhill into the cup. My second Hole-in-One with the same ball in the same hole on the same day. Needless to say ... I went crazy! That ball now holds its earned spot in the trophy given to me by the Golf Course.
