I am the father of seven children , all golfers. At the age of 83 I got my first hole in one on the second hole at Geneva Hills in nearby Clinton, Indiana.

I play with a group of seniors each Monday in season and much to our delight we all witnessed the shot on Thursday morning, August 25, 2011.

I called one of my sons, Lou and his advise was to put the ball in my golf bag so I still had it after the round. Today I cannot tell who is prouder of the shot, me or any of my children.
