I am an amateur golfer and tend to golf maybe 10 times every year. I usually average about 95 over 18 holes, but this evening, I was playing 9 holes just for fun. I went to one course and noticed that they were backed up on the 1st hole, so I went to my backup course and started my round. I was noticing that the golf gods were looking out for me as every time I hit a tree, the ball bounced back to the fairway, so I was feeling lucky. I get to hole #7, par 3, 175 yards, and start to contemplate my golf club choice. The 175 yd. length is in between clubs for me...and I have hybrid clubs that I rarely use just because I don’t like how I hit them.. but today, I decided to dust off the 4 hybrid and take a swing. I hit the ball perfectly.. saw the ball bounce a couple times and slowly roll into the hole! The foursome on the next tee box watched it go in and started yelling and screaming as I’m amazed that I just got my 2nd hole in one! I still can’t believe that this happened, but am so thankful that I grabbed the right club this day!
