My friend had 2 hole-in-one’s on the same hole in the span of 2 weeks. I was there for the 2nd one. We didn’t see it go in and we both hit good shots. Initially when we got up to the green we thought it was mine cause my shot looked slightly better from the tee box. Unfortunately, I started celebrating too soon and didn’t check what ball was in the cup and my buddy told me after 10 seconds of me screaming that it was his ball. A week later we’re golfing in a 6-6-6 outing together and I had my 2nd hole-in-one to tie him up. This time, I made sure to check and see that it was actually my ball in the hole before I started celebrating!
