I traveled with 5 girl friends to the 17th Annual Women's Tri-State Golf Tournament in Kingwood, West Virgina, (Preston CC), 4 hours from home. I had never played in this tournament before. I had my first Hole-In-One on the Par 3 11th hole, 118 yards, using an 8 Iron and playing with a Titleist NXT golf ball. I have played golf off and on for over 45 years and was in disbelief when the ball disappeared!! My playing partners went crazy and were heard all over the golf course. It was very exciting.
