I have been a life long golfer. I played as often as I could and as a military veteran and have played in many countries around the world and all around the this great country. Regrettably, over the thousands of rounds I never had a hole in one, never even came close. I started to believe it wasn't in the cards for me. Then my friend John Lambert, a scratch golfer from Michigan suggested I try the Titelist AVX ball. I made the switch, and on the 13th of January using the AVX I received at Christmas, and wearing my Gfore "Pray for Birdies" hat for the first time. I finally got my ace! It was at Virginia Beach National Golf Club, Virginia, on the 3rd hole. Honestly, I could NOT believe it nor could my playing partners. Word shot around the golf course as all the folks in my regular golf group got the word that I finally got an ace. (Most of them have had numerous ...). Of course, there was the lighthearted ribs as well ("Wow you finally got the ball beyond the windmill and clown.?" was the funniest of the lot I could share. None the less it was a bucket list item fulfilled. Thanks Titleist for such a great ball and your commitment to enabling golfers enjoyment and abilities at every level
