A beautiful sunny day in Ohio contributed to a shot I won't soon forget. It was the Ladies Tee Cup on August 30th at Glenmoor CC. I was the last to tee off on #7 over the water and was ecstatic to see my ball clear the pond. I turned away and watched the faces of the three girls in my group go from expressionless to unbelievable joy! I had heard the ball hit the flagstick, but assumed it would shoot off the green. Not today! The ball dropped in the cup and the frenzy began. What a wonderful group of ladies I had in my foursome to witness my first hole-in-one!
