Hello, I just found out about this so sharing both of my stories. I’ll begin with my most recent hole in 1 at at Tierra Rejada Golf Course in Moorpark, CA. I’m a single in a group with a group of 4 and decided to play with them rather than play through alone. It was an extremely foggy morning and I could barely see the pin on hole #7, a 129 yard par 3. I play a cut just over the left edge of the bunker with my PW and I knew it was a good shot. One of the players in my group that had gone first had decided to scoot up a bit so he could see the green. He screams out loud “GET IN!! I THINK IT’S IN!!” The rest of us are not buying it but he keeps saying it is in the hole! I take out my phone to begin recording video of the trip to the green and sure enough - there it is in the hole. I flew it about 10 feet past it as there is a little slope, and it spun back in the cup. I have a certificate from the course as well, which I have attached showing I used a Pro V1. It was a number 2. The next story is my first hole in one - and what a story this is. Im by myself, playing the 9 hole par 3 at Vista Valencia on July 11, 2018. The first hole, 115 yards to the pin. Again, playing a cut, I hit a beautiful shot and I clearly see it go in. I immediately yell “OHHHH!!” and look around to see if anyone saw it. Sure enough, there’s a group on the 18th green looking at me puzzled. I yell to them “I MADE IT!!” They walk over to the edge of their green in order to see mine and one of the guys gives me a thumbs up! I was ecstatic and I knew I needed to document it. I yelled over for them to come film me walk the fairway to the hole to film it. They finished their hole and one gentleman came over. I hand him my phone, he begins filming, we walk all the way to the green, the gentleman gave an incredible speech on camera congratulating me. It was perfect. I thank him, and continue my round - determined to have my best score ever there. I eventually get back to the car and I can’t wait to see the video. To my complete disappointment, the older man never hit the record button and it never was captured. I only have this ridiculous story about a hole in one that no one wants to believe! I was using a Titleist NXT Tour #2. I have no preference to #2 - it’s just a coincidence haha. I was also just fitted for Pro V1x today at Los Robles by a Titlest rep (also how I found out about this). Recently ordered custom Pro V1’s (I emailed to try to change to V1x but hopefully it’s not too late). I play Titleist Driver and Hybrids. One day, I’ll get irons. Absolutely love your brand. I’m a former pro basketball player who’s been obsessed with golf for the last 9 months and have gone from 100s to low 80s, high 70s. I am determined and thank you to Titleist for all of your help.
