I have an annual trip to Scottsdale with my three best golf buddies. We have a lot of fun and a little competition. This year we decided to treat ourselves and we played the TPC Champions course in Scottsdale on 12/1/11. We came to number 8 and it was playing 172 yards as measured by my laser-no wind. Hit my ProV1x with my 5 MB (only had that club a month and it is wonderful). Hit it well for once and it landed on the front right of the green and rolled back and left to the back center pin. When it disappeared we were all surprised and a little unsure it had really happened. We wooped it up anyway (hoping it had not rolled over or something) and when we went up to the green I took my iPhone instead of my putter and it was IN THE HOLE. Happy Days and I went on to win the bets that day.

I have been playing golf for 40 years and I never really expected to get a hole in one, I was also pretty sure if it did happen it would be by myself with no witnesses. To have it happen in front of my buddies is a wonderful thing. Bought them a steak dinner too!
