My Hole In One Story
By Greg M On August 30, 2011
I was playing Ridgeview Ranch Golf course in Plano, TX on Sunday the 28th of August with my usual foursome. I arrived at #17 a par 3 that was playing 174 to the pin. There was a young lady selling 10.00 tickects for the First Tee charity. I was playing so well that day that I decided to fork over the 10.00 for a shot at 1000.00. I hit a 6 iron 20ft from the hole and it rolled straight to the hole and down it went. I ran around the tee box yelling and screaming to delight of everyone close by. I shot 73 that day and I will remember it for the rest of my life. I have been playing for 39 years and this was my first one. I was playing a Titlest NXT ball with a Werner Trucking Enblem on it. Now I know why you call it the number one in golf. It only took me one shot to knock it down!
