I was golfing with my dad a couple years back and was having quite the back and forth day, like from Tiger Woods golf to Charles Barkley golf rough. So we finally made it to the last hole. Par 3, 140 yards right next to the clubhouse. And i step up to the tee box and this cart screams up behind me. Guy apologizes, tells me hes just going to grab a drink and to go ahead and hit. So i step back up and wham....thin the crap out of it.... voiced my displeasure immediatly....and dropped my head in disgust. I hear the ball hit the green and i hear the guy in the cart behind me say “ uuuuuhm, friend”, And i look up to the green and watch my ball roll back down the hill and right into the cup!! I dont know who was more excited. Me or the guy that just randomly crossed paths with us trying to grab a drink. He offered to sign my card as a witness, gave me some well wishes and moved on about his day. A seriously awesome experience.
