Iron-y

I have been struggling with my irons all season, especially off the tee on par 3's. So I guess it was "iron-y" (bad joke I know) that I would get my first ace this season. I was playing Scotch Valley Country Club in Altoona PA, and it was the 8th hole 185 yard par 3, and the pin was right side of the green. I just wanted to hit a little draw and have the ball it the center of the green, hit two putts and walk away. The ball hung out to the right headed right for the bunker guarding the pin. So we didn't see where the ball landed. When we got up to the green, I did my usual search spots, short of the bunker, in the bunker. Walked up to the green and checked the rough around the green, and of course there was nothing. I then just by chance I looked in the hole and there sat my Pro-v. I never thought that ball had a chance to go in, but there it was, my first ace.
