Try a locale shop. They are not hard to do if you have the equipment, And most golf shops should be able to do it.
These shafts are currently only available on Tour and the TourSPX accounts. I am sure as soon as UST releases them to the market Titleist will consider it.
On the 50th anniversary of my first playing golf, I finally got a hole-in-one. At my age, there are not too many "firsts" left for me. It was exciting and luckily witnessed by at least 8 people and my roar heard by more.
I had a hole in 1 at Bass River Golf Course today 9/18/2011. A 129 yd par 3, playing titleist pro v1 golf ball. Bass River Golf Course hitting a 9 iron dead in the hole. never damaged the cup. Oh what a feeling!!
