You may want to consider trading in both the 15 and the 19, and pick up a 17 hybrid. You get a great compromise between the two hybrids.

Yes, you can purchase a "shaft only" for any of the 910 metals including the hybrid. Any Titleist pro shop or retailer can order that for you.
