• RE: U505 4iron or different hybrid

I play 23* and 19* hybrids after my 5 (also a hybrid). They are 816 H1's. I don't hit them as far as you do. The 5 (27* 818 H1) goes about 160, the 23* goes 170-175 and the 19* goes about 185-190. That all may change after I go for my fitting in August…
  • Hole in One

I had my second hole in one on April 2, 2023 at Lakewood National Golf Club in Bradenton, Fl using a Titleist Pro V1. The hole was playing 190 yards to one of the largest greens I have ever seen (about 65 yards long by 40 wide). Did not see it go in…

Driving distance can be relatively close between all Titleist balls. The 2 most important characteristics of a ball to me are spin around the green and feel. That's why I prefer the AVX.

  • First time!

I was having a crazy round - pretty good front nine but trouble on the back nine, until #18. I just hit my driver, and the ball landed on the front of the green and rolled uphill. All 4 of us watched it disappear into the hole. I couldn’t believe it.…

  • First time in my life

It was emotional moment for me on Oct 16, 2022 last year. The luck was beginning with my new Titleist club T300 iron at Xi’an, China from Xi’an International Golf Club. I ended up paying for other three people’s golf round, dinner, gift to who were…

  • First Hole-in-One

Last Friday 4/21 I scored my first ace with my AP1 6 iron from 165 yards on a cold Chicago spring day. It was the 17th hole at The Preserve at Oak Meadows, and I used a Pro V1x to accomplish task. What a fantastic day, they gave me a PGA certificate recognizing…

  • 1st Ace with my new Titleist irons

On a rainy day playing in a 47 man event, I got my first hole-in-one. Purchased a set of Titleist irons 5 weeks earlier. Made the ace with a 6 iron on hole #4 (144 yards) at Tokatee Golf Club in Oregon. It was well worth the resulting Bar tab!
