T300 iron, PRO V1 ball on a windy day!

I have a set of 2019 t300 irons that I want to check the lie angle on. I need 2° upright. If these are standard lie can they be bent 2°? I know forged irons bend easier but was not sure about these.

This hole in one was achieved with a group of friends on the 10th anniversary of our annual golf trip.
