Thank you all for the replies, I am taking an inch off the driver shaft this weekend to see how we go.....I should add I have ordered a backup shaft in case of it not working out!!! Thanks again.

I'm with Golfcare and they are OK, but beware they don't cover your equipment if you're not at the golf course or range etc. I had stuff stolen when I visited my niece in hospital that I left in the car, and they wouldn't cover it. Also single limit article…

If you are in the general dublin location I'd recommend the European club. Should be considerably cheaper than portmarnock and in my opinion one of the best if not the best links course in irealnd. A real golf test if the wind is blowing
