I have a TS2 hybrid that I get along well with. I plugged a Graphite Design shaft into it and made it even better.
Tried the TSI but didn't work as well as my TS. Haven't tried the TSR yet.

I agree with the other posts in that those places would be able to fix you up. However, any good Taylor would likely be able to assist you as the material you are looking to repair is not very bulky... That will increase your location options significantly…

Have only heard conjecture. The plus of n the right indicates the opposite direction from left dash (minus sign). So it is a higher spinning ball than the X and definitely higher spinning than the lower spinning left dash.
Probably worth seeing the driver…
