There is a tab on this web page called Fitting. Start there. There a Titleist fitter listed for the Minneapolis region. No dates currently but contact that person, per instructions.

Any putter will work better with the correct toe flow adjusted for loft, lie, and length. Like for any fitting, go with what the fitter recommends. Buying based on looks is like buying a carbon faced driver because red is your favorite color.

Only you can say for sure. Some people are slow to change and others like to upgrade often. If you are curious as to whether you are leaving improved performance on the table, schedule a fitting where you can compare numbers.
