• RE: Tip trimming tsr3 hybrid 19°

What loft, depending on the finished length, the recommended tip trim is different. 18 to 20 degrees is .5", 21-23 degrees is 1", 24-27 degrees is 1.5", any more than that it is 2".
  • First Ace

The Woodlands Country Club Palmer King # 2. 141 yards with an 8 iron. The sun was rising behind the flag. After my swing my buddy said it was tracking. I looked at the pin and saw the ball land about 8 feet short take one hop and then roll to the…

  • RE: Hole in One on Turtle Point Golf Course on Kiawah Island, SC

Glad you guys had a great party here in Charleston. Seems to be a bachelor/bachelorette and wedding destination. Great course! In my opinion the second hardest of the courses on the island with those tight fairways. Congratulations on your hole in…
  • RE: 3 WOOD in the Rough

Personally, I use a hybrid. Titleist 17*. I find it much easier to get it out of rough. All depends on how deep the rough is. Always hit down and thru like you would hit an iron. We all are different and when I have problems, I go see my PGA pro…
