Straps for 2016 StaDry carry bag

    I bought a 2016 StaDry carry bag around 12 months ago and the sponge in the right hand shoulder strap has deteriorated resulting in the strap having no padding. I had an earlier model Titleist bag before this and I had no problems with it at all. I was wondering if anyone knows where I can get replacement straps or alternative Titleist straps that I will be able to replace this old strap with. Help is appreciated Cheers

    Hi Roddy,

    All Titleist golf bags carry a one year warranty from the date-of-purchase. If you feel your bag is defective under warranty, we ask that you please return it to your nearest authorized Titleist dealer, preferably the venue in which you purchased it from originally. If this isn't possible, you may take it to any golf course or off-course golf retailer in your area that sells our products. They will be able to set up a Return Authorization through us on your behalf.

    We are also able to send your golf shop replacement straps on your behalf should you decide not to send the bag in for a warranty claim.
