    Has anyone received their Team Titleist Bag Tags after filling out the request form from the Canadian Titleist website ? From what I can tell, the link doesn't appear to work anymore and it's well past the 4-6 week mark for me. Just curious, but not the end of the world.

    Got mine not long ago. Last one I had was fading out so it arrived in time. Always keep your profile up to date cause Titleist is always on top of it

    I just got my bag tag in the mail along with a special surprise with a lovely holiday card and a dozen logoed “Team Titleist” Pro V1s

    That's awesome... So glad you got your tag and the balls are a nice bonus :) Keeping your account up to date and participating on the forum are all great ways to keep the staff at Titleist updated on our status. It also is a lot of fun exchanging stories and asking questions amongst the members :)
