It used to be that wedges were fit 2 degrees flatter than the rest of the irons in your bag. The last time I was fir for irons I fit at 2 degrees falt. Does that mean that I should order wedges 4 degrees flat?

    JB,

All of our Vokey wedges are 64* standard lie angle , which is the same as our 9 iron, PW, or Gap Wedge of any Titleist iron model.  I would recommend having the them adjusted as you would your irons.  We will build the wedges off of the standard lie angle, so no matter how short the wedge gets, the lie angle will still be built to match the standard or what the player requests.

I would not adjust an extra 2 degrees.  I would have them checked, as you would your irons, and adjust accordingly.

I agree with Cameron. The lie angles should be respective with club length like any other iron. I have my 50-08 set to 64.75 based on my 9 iron being 64.5. My 54-11 and 62-07 are set to 65. Don't have to worry about losing my balance when choking down.

My 981 irons are 1/2 degree upright and I use Eye Yellow Dot also. Both sets are pretty close in lie angles (short irons on the yellow dots are 1/2* more upright).
