I have irons that were my brothers about 7 years ago and im thinking about getting new irons for myself. I played a little when i was young, 8-10, and i just got back into golf last year. I am 14 and have a handicap of about 18.  I don't always have the best accuracy either but i can hit about 145 with a 7 iron and 180 with the 4, my lowest iron. What Titleist irons should i get.

I'm glad to see another teenager here, i have the ap2s and tey are amazing. Depending on how much you are going to play i would go with eiter the ap2 or ap1 they are both very solid good clubs

Jeremy, if you're wanting to get some new Titleist irons I'd recommend the AP2 irons since they do offer the most forgiveness out of the other irons in the Titleist line

I actually made a mistake it's the AP1 irons that would provide more forgiveness but both sets are very solid.

    Jeremy,

The best clubs for you to start with would be the AP1, they're the most forgiving irons titleist offers and they are the only irons titleist has that are not forged. Being a cast club they will give you the most potential distance off the face and give you maximum amount of forgiveness. But I would say the most important thing for you to do is find a fitter and to try out all the irons that titleist offers and maybe even another brand. You want to find the best clubs for you and that may not be titleist. Don't get me wrong I love my titleist clubs but I didn't limit myself to just that brand when I was trying out irons, titleist just happened to feel the best to me. Hope that this helps you out and that you find the best clubs for your game.

The ap1s are the way to go if you really want titleist clubs. You might want to go to a local club and try some demos, even purchase a set of demos. These clubs are not inexpensive and its a big commitment. Good Luck and hittem straight
