for me your 13 deg seems light. Is the shaft is at a standard length or did the grip’s weight is heavier than 50 gr?
On thing is positive, it is easy to correct it to a more standard swing weight.

I have a TSR1 18* Diamana 70 standard length and it has a +2 head weight. My 9 wood has a Diamana 72 x5ct and the head weight is standard.

Might want to point out that the TSR2 head is 2 swingweight points heavier vs TSR1 on fairways.

I use Excel RF oversize grips on my clubs.

I tried a TSR2 15 fairway with a Diamana 72 at 42.5”. Had to use a Winn Dri Tac grip and -4 headweight (5g) to get swing weight to D2z

I am unsure about your conclusion.
When you are talking +2 head weight, my comprehension is you use a weight of 2 gr heavier than a standard weight. 2 gr represent a swing weight of +1. If you are at D2 with standard weight, you will be around D3 with this heavier weight. This is estimation. We use a swing weight scale to mesure it.

Please note that there are small differences in weights of heads, grips, shafts ect. This affect the exact swing weight.

In previous question of Brian. I only gave my opinion on a C9 swing weight that I found light compared to the other club. More normal swing weight are around D2. For me, I am playing D3 to D4 in drivers, woods and hybrids. D2 -D3 in irons.

I hope my answer is more clear for you. Always used a swing weight scale to mesure swing weights.

I try to keep my fairway metals at D3-D4...while my driver is slightly lighter at D2. This is similar to my 4 iron vs my PW....longer clubs need to have slightly lighter Swing Weights for speed while other clubs may need heavier SwingWeights for tempo....
