  1. I'm in need of a new hybrid and fairway wood and hit the 910s and really liked them. I hit them only with the diamana ahina and found it to fly pretty well. I didn't get a chance to hit any other shafts but how does the ahina compare with the project x graphite as far as spin and launch? Are they going to be pretty similar? Does one feel different or have better dispersion and distance? I typically am a high spin player so was looking to lower that but still don't want to hit it super low. Are there any low spin with higher/mid launch in the stock options? Thanks!

Based on our experience and sales so far, the Ahina shafts driver through hybrid are stellar!

hello just got the 910H 17 degree in a Diamaha AHINA 90 stiff shaft and love the ball flight  has good boring penetration .  Normally a  right to left flight with a slight adjustment hitting a nice draw (LH)

  4. I am a high spin player and use the stock X-Flex Ahina shafts throghout my whole 910 range. I use the 73 in my 8.5 D2, the 83 in my 15 910F and the 90 in my 21 910H.

It truely is a great shaft and I have found that the whole 910 range really keeps the spin down!

I have the same shaft (stiff) with a D3 setting for LH draw. One thing I did notice is I been setting the tee much lower with this club configuration gives me a nice mid path flight with good distance,  hope this helps

Yeah I guess in my opinion if it's not your swing or set-up then it may not be the correct shaft for you and your swing.  I'm not sure what your swing is like or swing speed, but it may be too light of shaft or the incorrect flex for you.  I was under the impression that the RIP (do you know what version it is? alpha, beta, gamma) was supposed higher bend point and a lower spinning shaft.  I personally am not a huge fan of the RIP and haven't tried the Titleist version, but I did try another version and was getting spin rates in the upper 3000s and even 4000s (on the trackman) and I tried my set up right now over the weekend on a trackman (Cobra s2 8.5 with Oban Devotion 7 x flex) and was less then 2000 rpm.  So if you really want low spin try the Devotion!

I just returned from my local pro shop we made a phone call to titleist and informed them about the issue he recommended I try the Diamana Ahina 72/73g shaft a softer tip then the aldila rip 60, my swing speed is 102-107 mph. Thank you for the input!! I hope this change will help

  9. Hmmm, yeah that's about my ss (110) and I would think a softer tip would produce more spin and excacerbate the issue (if by ballooning high and to the right is due to too much spin).  It could maybe be due to at impact the face is open a bit causing that increase in spin.  But yeah I would recommend trying a few shafts out on the range so you can see the whole ball flight.  Good luck!

Were you fit for this driver? What are the complete specs?
