I took advantage of the buy 3 dozen get 1 free offer for personalized golf balls through golfsmith. I also specified that I wanted all #1 balls. I received my 4 dozen yesterday and to my surprise, the balls were the standard numbered 1 through 4 with the personalization that I specified. I called Golfsmith and they said to send the balls back to them and they will place a new order with Titleist. My concerns are:
1) Not sure where the mess up happened, but anything I can do to ensure the second attempt doesn't wind up with the same result?
2) Now that the buy 3 get 1 free dozen offer is over with, just want to make sure the new order doesn't get messed up where I only get 3 dozen.
3) Anyway to get the second order completed quicker than normal?
Once the new order is placed, can someone from titleist here help out to make sure the order has been communicated properly? Thanks!!!
