Just going off of the basic technology, the Tour Soft is more comparable to the E12 (Surlyn cover). The Tour B Rx would be more comparable to the AVX (urethane cover).

GolfWRX would be a better place to find a comparison. On a forum sponsored by and for affectionados of Titleist, there won't be much "outside" discussion and direct name comparison or derogatory comments of other vendors are avoided by the moderators - I'm assuming to avoid potential litigation.

That said, this would be a worthwhile comparison for you to make. No one makes a better, consistent ball than Titleist. Can't go wrong using Titleist.
