Titleist Golf Ball Sweepstakes?

    I am a 4 handicap, play ALL Titleist equipment from 909 D2 Driver, 909 Fairways, 909 Hybrid, AP2 irons, Vokey wedges, 2 Scotty Putters, so you could say I am a huge Titleist fan. I also will not play any ball except a Pro V1.

    Every once in awhile I find a ball on the course that someone lost and its not a Titleist, I try it for fun, then throw it back where it came from, only Pro V1 for me.

    It drives me nuts though that when I log into the Titleist site, right off the bat the home page shows the Pro V1 giveaway contest, BUT because I am from Canada I cannot enter, what's with that. I spend mega $$$$ to play the best, but cannot even enter a contest?

    Not impressed with that.

    Thanks for the note and this is a question we hear a lot. Here is some more insight into why our sweepstakes that are originated on the U.S. site are not open to our valued members who reside outside of the U.S.

    Unfortunately, every country has specific laws, rules and regulations that govern contests such as the sweepstakes we typical offer, ranging from laws that require governmental registration to laws that forbid these types of contests altogether.  Because of the wide range of rules and regulations, it is not possible to create a contest that is universally available to all of our valued Team Titleist members.

    However, we are very close to having more opportunities available in a number of countries, including Canada, and we will keep all Team Titleist members up-to-date as these plans materialize.

    There is a Pro V1 and Pro V1x Sweepstakes on Titleist.ca right now...Launched this morning!  1 dz a day for the month of March!

    A little birdie also told me that there are plans to launch Team Titleist in Canada some time later this month.  It will run off .ca rather than .com and allow Canadian's to participate in Sweeps, Product Tests, Webcasts, Titleist events, and Discussion with other Canadians etc. 

    Pretty cool!
