I updated the firmware on my Rapsodo MLM2Pro last night and was very happy to see the option of Titleist ProV and ProV1x coming mid-February in the settings. Anyone else?

Using the cally Chrome soft with the RPT pattern didn’t feel right as I have been a Titleist loyalist for so long.

A big thanks to whomever at the company forged this partnership!

  2. Any update on whether these will ever be released? Don’t really want to get used to cally balls…

Titleist offers Pro-V1, Pro-V1x, and Pro-V1x Left Dash in RCT versions to provide a more accurate reading with simulators using nets or screens instead of down range readings. Outdoors, standard release balls work fine. If using a device in a limited hitting space, you’ll need to check with your vendor to see if they have an equipment or firmware release to utilize the RCT technology.
  4. Has anyone used the rpt balls with the mlm2 yet? I just ordered mine and wanted to stay away from the Calloways they give you.
  5. Did you order cally or titleist? If the latter, how did you do it? I can’t see where they are available yet!?

The RCT balls are available on direct order with Titleist. I didn’t check the price but I think they are north of $70 a dozen.
  7. My mistake. Rapsodo only uses RPT balls. Not Rct which Titleist offers currently. I did see an old Titleist post showing upcoming release of RPT. But that was 6 months ago!

(Apparently) Rapsodo is camera based and not radar. So the RPT balls from Callie have external dots as opposed to the internal metal band of the RCT balls. If Titleist doesn’t plan on releasing this similar to alignment aids, maybe one of the custom logo ball companies can offer a similar markings fo Titleist balls. I haven’t heard from Titleist if they actually plan to release that version.
