Why should you play ProV?

    I am sold on the Pentas, just because I can play well enough with them.  Just not good enough to really feel the difference from one brand to another (ProVs, Pentas, ZStar etc..), so can I get some real feedbacks on Players who can articulate the difference and/or is it purely preference once you exceed the $40 plus p/dozen balls?  Thank you all.

    I have switched the golf ball that I have played over the years, but I came around to the Pro V1x. I have played both model Pro V golf balls, and have found that with my game, the lower driver spin for the 1x works better. They both spin exceptionally around the greens, but less driver spin has brought me to the 1x. I have tried the Penta's prior to going back to the 1x. Nothing against the Penta, but the 1x fit my game better. My suggestion would be the same as the ball fitting guidance. Take your ball of choice, and then both or one version of the Pro V. Hit/chip/putt and play 9 holes with your ball and do the same with the Pro V1 series and see which ball fits your game best.
