Could anyone help out with the butt diameter of the two following made for Titleist shafts?

Matrix Ozik X-Con 6 (an option with the 909 series)

Aldila VS Proto - T 85 (for my 909H 19*)

Does the playing length of the shaft affect the butt diameter? I have the same Matrix made for shaft in my 909F2 which plays at 43", does this make the butt diameter smaller? Is this also the case with the VS Proto, which plays at 40.5"?
