There will be a progressive sole width change, but the lie, loft and bounce will remain the same

Cathi, in terms of forgiveness, I have read that has been improved in the AP 2 line, is this true, and by how much?
I currently play R9's and I am pondering picking up a new set of 712 AP2's. I have hit the 710 AP2's and hit them pretty decent.
Thanks very much,
Rob
Although you see a change in the aesthetics of the new AP2 irons, the significant change is in the interior of the club. The cradle in the new AP2 line has been redesigned and they have been able to increase the forgiveness without losing any of the workability. In terms of numbers, it is about 7% which is quite a bit in an iron. We are really looking forward to getting the new irons here, too!
I don't have an MSRP for the upcharge, but the upcharge for PX will be the same upcharge as on the 710 irons so you can check that with your pro shop. There will be a Gap wedge for both the AP1's and the AP2's.
