I have 2 friends who are trying to sell me on their AP2s (originals). Both are asking 200$, question is that a fair price for them? both have new golf pride mcc's and both have project x shafts. One friend who's clubs have 5.5 px shafts I would have to reshaft but his clubs have no browning on the clubface, and the other friend has 6.5 px shafts that I would not have to reshaft, but his pw-8 iron he some browning on the face. Now it is concentrated where he hits thy ball the most(more toward the hossle). I believe the browning is purely cosmetic and shouldnt be a big problem. It doesn't effect me at all and isn't a problem to my eye. Just looking for some others insight. Also my first set of Titleist irons and I will have them for a year or so until I can afford new ones once I get my new job (just spent all my money on moving in with my girlfriend). Thanks for any and all help with this decision, I'm leaning towards the clubs that have the slight browning on a couple club faces due to the fsct they are the cheapest for me upfront.

Considering I just paid a grand for a new set, I would say it is a good deal! I love my AP2's. Get em and hit em straight, Chuck Chapman
