Hi, I had a question on why MB and CB has more "workability" vs. AP2 irons. It is my understanding that workability of a club relates to shot shaping abilities. (right to left or left to right).. from what I understand of shaping shots... doesn't it have to do with your club face angle at impact in relation to your club path? So... given that you are hitting the ball in the middle of club... how does MB and CB offer more workability? I was a bit confused... If the workability is talking about shaping the height of your shot... that I do understand why MB and CB would offer better workability. Thanks! I

The basic component of the "game improvement" is the height of the center of gravity, the lower cg produces higher and straighter ball flight.

Workability is not just left and right curves, it is also the ability to control the trajectory.

The golfer doesn't need to know how or why but only what.........so if the club is designed to help you get the ball in the air, then you can conclude it will be harder to keep the flight down. If the club is designed to hit the ball straighter, it will be harder to curve.

Basically anything the club is designed to do easier, the opposite will be harder.

Harder means it is harder to control.
