    Hi all.

    1. Last year i bought the AP2 3-PW with KBS tour shaft and i've read somewhere that you should add some weight to the clubs because of the lowered weight on the shafts. Can anyone help me on this?

    2. Last week i bought the 910D2 9,5' with Aldila RIP 60, Stiff shaft and are very eager to get it though it's still winter:-)

    3. My next buy is the 910F or 910FD fairway wood. I'm a 9 handicapper and hit the ball well i've been told. I'm not shure whats the big difference for a player with my handicap. What about shaft, Diamana Kaili 75 stiff? Can anyone help me on this to?

As you can see i'm all Titleist this year. Even wedges are Titleist, the Vokey Design 48, 52, 56 and 60'. I think i have to leave som iron(s) at home this year.

Hi Jorn, Welcome to the Titleist family!  If you were fit with the 710 AP2 irons and KBS shafts,  your irons should be around a D0 swingweight.  No problem with that unless you feel they are too light.   If the RIP 60 works for you in the driver, consider the RIP 70 in the fairway, but see if you can go back to your fitter for a recommendation.  I have forwarded your email to our European Acushnet office to see what the procedure would be if you want to send the clubs back to be re-weighted.

    Cathi!

I buy all my equipment when i'm in the UK, and  got this mail from them today:

"The Aldila RIP 70 shaft is not an option with the 910 Fairway Wood.  Please see below the Aldila shafts which are available for this club.

ALDILA NV 55, 65, 75 OR 88.  There is an upcharge of £24.17 for this shaft."

Will the Mitsubishi Rayon Diamana 'ahina 82 Stiff or the Diamana Kaili 75 stiff be a good choice then?

    Hi Jorn,

All authorized Titleist accounts in the UK should be able to offer the RIP 70 in the fairway and there is no upcharge.  Since you are in Norway, it is a little more complicated, but your inquiries should go to whatever authorized retailer in the UK that you are working with.  Otherwise, we do have a distributor in Norway that you can order through.

Congrats on the all Titleist set. I too completed my all Titleist set last year with the purchase of the Midsize Staff Bag. From putter to driver, everything Titleist and I love it!!! I have the exact same driver you've just purchased and I find myself hitting crazy long drives ever since I switched to the D2 with the RIP shaft (C2 setting). Last week I drove a ball in to the front bunker of a 319 yard par4 at my home course (live in California - we have no winter). In the 20 years I've been playing this course, I wouldn't even come close to those bunkers. With that being said, you will not be dissapointed with your purchase. Good Luck!

I am right there with you on Titleist. I bought the 910D3 driver and a 910F and love them both. My driver has the RIP 60 shaft and I have the Diamana shaft on the fairway wood. I am about to pick up a new set of 712 irons at well. Not quite sure yet which ones but of course they will be Titleist.
