I ordered a newport 2 from golfers warehouse in Cranston, RI and paid for it. They said we should get one April 1st. I haven't received a phone call yet and they still don't have any on the floor.

Putters started leaving here last Friday for the East coast and should be arriving tomorrow (Friday) as it is a one week trip.  You will probably be getting a call tomorrow.

I pre-ordered a Scotty Cameron Newport 2 from Golfsmith.com on March 1st. Should I be expecting it tomorrow as well in CT? Please let me know, I would love to know. Golfsmith told me that the putter would be coming direct from Titleist in California. 

same here i got a new port 1.5 and the pro where i work said it was backordered something happen with the heads of the putter and should ship on the 11th. This will be my first scotty and will complete my nike bag so excited to get it it'll be worth the wait.

Yea, that's Rodger Dunn for you. I'm sad that it's our only golf shop in my area. Well we actually JUST got a Dicks Sporting Goods, but they don't sell Titleist for some odd reason. Anyways, keep checking and bugging the RD people, they'll find it in the back room sooner or later. Have fun with the new putter!!!
