Sure fit hosel shaft change

    I have a 910 D3 with a diamana ahina 72 gram stiff flex and I its a little whippy for my swing speed 110.

    I have a ahina shaft that is an x flex without the sure fit hosel that was removed from someone elses 910 D3 and given to me.

    How can I switch out these two shafts?  Is this easy to do or will I mess up my club?  Thanks for any help you can give me.

    The Surefit Sleeve isn't meant to undergo the heating and removal process.  This would ultimately void any warranty on that club. I know you said you have that shaft, but the best way to get a new shaft is ordering it through any authorized Titleist retailer.  The shaft will come equipped with the Surefit sleeve and an extra bezel weight.
