Any word if Titleist is going to use same shaft adapter so that I can use my custom shaft from my titleist 910 d2
Cath D.Carlsbad, CA
Yes, they will use the same adaptors.

But can you only buy the head though? :)

What I'll be doing is seeing if there is another shaft I want (maybe a Kuro Kage, a W series, or a Rogue) or getting a backup for my existing preferred shaft (which I LOVE). It is less expensive to purchase the shafts with a head rather than just the shaft. Just what I'll be doing, not sure if it makes sense for anyone else.
I am glad the adapter is the same. HUGE benefit. I am so happy I'll be able to use my existing shafts as I love them. That is what I like about Titleist. They do it right.

Excellent News! Does this also apply to fairway woods and hybrids?
Hi Chris
Hope golf is going good in the Buckeye state :)
Yes, it does.

Awesome! That is great news!! Thank you!

Glad to hear that the shaft adapters will be coming across from the previous models, that's great news.
Now it is time to decide if I try a different shaft in my 915D3 since I can always swap it out with the shaft I love on my 913D3.
These are the kinds of decisions I love to be faced with! Ready for their release this fall!

Making it easy on us, Cathi.......thanks.... :-) Chuck
Has titleist communicated when the 915 will be available for purchase by the public?
Jon SCollinsville, CT
In fitting carts late October for November release date.
Looks very promising and initial reviews are positive. Performance enhancements that I'm looking forward to.

stock shaft options anyone?

Recently, I was very fortunate to have the opportunity to hit the 915 and it is the REAL DEAL! The technology that has been engineered into this line is out of this world! It is long and forgiving! Titleist flawlessly implemented the Active Recoil Channel with face technology that has amazing playing characteristics of which I have been searching for quite sometime now (we all are searching for more). I cannot wait to update my bag from the 909 line to the 915 line though I think I will still keep the Tour Issue 906F2 3 Wood - cut and spec'd out to play like a 5 Wood. I imagine we've all seen or heard about Adam Scott testing the 915 with the Kuro Kage shaft but probably will be stock with Aldila Rogue.
Now that is good news.......I have a 910D3 and plan on changing to a 915D2 with maybe a lighter shaft and was hoping I could interchange the shafts because I just like to tinker every now and then.......of course I plan of being fitted for the new driver.....cz
