    I bought a used 913D2 with a Basarra Shaft that I was fitted for.  I was just wondering, what is the usual "lifespan" on shafts.  This club could have been used as a Demo model in the store so I don't know how many swings and misses the club has taken.

    Economically it was a great deal and the club still looks really decent.  Titleist makse great products.  Shuold I be concerned?

    I bought a 910D3 new and my shaft is still in great shape.  All depends on how well you take care of it.  If it has not been beaten into the ground a lot out of anger I am sure it will last and I would think that most demos are taken care of.  You know the saying, you damage it, you buy it........

    the shaft stiill looks brand new, no scratches. dings, etc..

     

    took it on the range and I'm very, very, satisfied.......
