    I bought a set of AP2 irons and only the 6 iron has a registration number is this how all Irons sets are identified now?

    Yes. I was looking for the registration and call the shop where I bought mine and they told me to look on the six iron.

    Yes: All Titleist iron sets only have the serial number on the 6 iron. Your good to go, and enjoy your new clubs.

    Yes, I'm not positive on how long they have been doing it, but Titleist Irons now only have the registration number on the 6 Iron.

    All Titleist irons sets now have a registration number on the 6 iron hosel.  Don't worry, chances are your iron set is authentic.  Remember, if possible, try to buy Titleist clubs at an authorized Titleist dealer to avoid counterfeit products.

    Stock sets have the serial only on the six.  Custom orders have the serial on each club.  Enjoy your new clubs.

    Yes I also have custom ap714s and they have ser# on all irons  mine are two degree flat two degree strong lofts and 1/2in short from stanard

    Gary C, You are correct,the 6 iron is the only one. I bought a set of 714 AP2"s myself,I hope you enjoy them as much as I do! Hit them long and straight.                                                                                                                                                                                                                         steve b

    Gary, My sets of AP1 710s, Ap2 714s, Ap1 714s all were only marked on the 6i. Also,I just went out to my garage and checked my old set of DCI 962s. They also were only marked on the 6i. I do remember seeing some irons with individual #s on them but I think that was unusual.. Cheers DT
