913H shaft compatible with 913f Head?

    Hi,

    Mass confusion here. I was under the impression a 913H shaft would fit a 913f head. Is this the case?

    I have purchased what i am told is a 913H shaft but it does not fit my 913f head!!

    Any help much appreciated

    They don't interchange and the shafts are different diameters. All 910 metal woods are interchangeable. in 913, different hosels for F and H were designed suitable to the size of the heads. So 913/915F are interchangeable but not with the 913/915H. The 910 hosel was continued in the 913 and 915 drivers.

    A 913f shaft will fit in a hybrid 913 though. A fun experiment is to take a 19 hybrid and put a 5 wood shaft in it. Take the weight chip out of the head but cover the screw hole with tape. Set the sure fit tip to a flatter setting and bombs away!!!

    Hi 913 hybrids are compatible with 915 hybrids and 913 fairways are compatible with 915 fairways.  Unfortunately, the 913 fairway shafts are not compatible with the 913 hybrid heads.

    Tried it. Works pretty well. Swingweight went to D8 so the weight chip came out. That brought it down to d3. 

    What kind of tape adheres ? Lead ?
