Serial # is usually only on one club either the 5 or 6 iron.

Serial is on the hosel of every club, but no idea if the 716 changed. Doubt it would.

Todd, you're thinking of the certificate of authenticity, I think, which I'm pretty sure they no longer use.

Sorry for the third post on this... but I see some otehrs saying that if they are not special order clubs that they might just be on the 6. I have no idea if that's the case or not as I've always special ordered and have always had serial on every club.

So, looks like it could be either way based on your order. If you special ordered, then it should be on all and if it's an off the rack standard, then only on the 6i.

Just checked my AP1's ordered custom - not a standard off the rack set. All the irons have the same serial number on the hosel. It used to be only on 6 iron for standard sets stocked at retailers. If you are sure there is not a serial number on any of the hosels. you may want to call Titleist (Europe?) directly.

Serial nos. on Titleist irons are on their six irons. I would question the retailer.

I purchased from the site located in UK not US.

I got confirmed that Titleist UK verified that it is genuine.

I don't know if it is UK/Europe policy, but they don't engrave any serial number if it is standard set. If it is customized, they provides the serial number.

So, I got the genuine Titleist 716 CB from UK.

Titleist UK will consider serial number for the standard set in the future, but not at this moment.
