I'm hoping the TT community can provide some feedback about the differences between the H1 and H2 hybrids in the 916 line.

I'm still using a 910 because I didn't realize any significant performance different in the 913 or 915 hybrid lines. I'm hearing really good things about the newer hybrids, though.

    I like a traditional look (T-MB long irons, 816MB 6-PW).

I know one has more offset than the other (and that the H1 is more suited to sweepers of the ball).

What performance differences have you experienced? Anyone switch straight from the 910?

    Thanks for your help.

I assume you mean the 816 line. I have moved from the 910 to the 913 to the 915 to the 816. The 816h1 has given me better accuracy and higher flight with less spin, of course it all to do with what shaft you will be matched with. That is why it is important to see a fitter. I tried the h1s and h2s and the offsets were just not for me and my game.
  3. Wade,
I recently replaced my 4i with a 21 degree H1 and couldn't be more happy with it! I too have bounced around the hybrid lines and have to say the current 816s are awesome!
  4. I just picked up the h2 with the fujikara speeder and absolutely love it. I personally found the h1 to be a little large looking(I also appreciate a smaller compact look thru all my clubs). The h2 was easy to work in both directions and carried nearly 20yds longer for me.

    I do mean 816. Oops.

Which one has less/no offset? H1?

As always, the best advice is "get fitted."

    Thanks for the input.

I played the H2 instead of a 4 iron since they came out and love the club. When getting fit almost a year ago I stayed with the 913 h as I didn't see much difference at 17 degrees but recently with a 917 fitting I tried the H line again and really liked both. I didn't seem to see much difference between the 19 H1 and H2 both at D1 setting. Any thoughts on others that have mixed them in the bag? I do tend to hit the 21 on long par 3's and the 19 or maybe even the H1 17 off the deck. Thoughts?
