The Sure-Fit adapters are not available. It also does not look like that particular shaft is on the custom list. Your best bet would be to have your fitter confirm that you really need that shaft and make the call to see if Titleist can get it for you. I bet you would be able to get fit in one of the many options Titleist already offers. Titleist does quite a bit of testing to make sure that the shafts they offer work well with the clubheads, staying "on menu" really works the best.

My suggestion for getting an authentic Titleist tip is to buy a used club from an authorized retailer and have the shaft removed. If you need a Surefit tip for a 917D head you can use the tip from a 917/915/913/910 driver or even a 910 fairway wood. I have purchased a few 910F woods just for the tip and have sold the pulled shaft and head for more than I paid for the whole club making the tip free or virtually free.
