    Hi all,

Thanks for the question. As part of our commitment to providing best in class product for serious golfers around the world, the Titleist VG3 line of products were developed to meet the specific needs of our serious golfer audience in Japan.  This is a current product line in that market and there are no plans to extend its availability outside of Japan.

    Hey Mike,

    Kinda curious!

"Titleist VG3 line of products were developed to meet the specific needs of our serious golfer audience in Japan. "

How do the specific needs of the serious golfer audience in Japan differ from the specific needs of the serious golfer audience in the US?

Is there a line sold only in the US, designed to meet the specific needs of the serious golfer audience in the US?

Wouldn't Americans of Japanese decent have the same specific needs as the Japanese in Japan?

    I just don't get it.

    Hey Mike

Never mind, I looked one up, and I think I understand the business decision now.

    Mike-

I have a set of the VG3's.  Great clubs.  Like the AP2 but a little more forgiving.

Not sure I like the S200 shaft.  What are the shaft specs on the VG3's.  355 taper?

    Thx.

truely for over there in america there is nothing a Vg3 has that a good sollid fitting in the U.S. can't do. when it comes to trying new clubs and stuff it makes me wish i was back there in america. her in japan the term X-stiff is almost un heard of. there clubs that are also sold in the u.s. come with a S200 shaft alot of the time. it is quite alot bit diffrent. I've played golf with alot of japanese and I can see why they would develpe a club line for them. they dont have nearly the same average swing speed as us and lighter clubs that promote more lift  are a deffinet help. If some one were seriously seriously considering a Vg3 im sure you could find some one like my self to aquire a set for you. but know this. most off the shelf sets are 5i - pw and still cost more than a standard u.s. 3-pw.
