Anyone see the post today about the new T series irons release? They are in tour players hands for feedback now…I think they did a great job getting them all to blend well. Makes it very easy to do a blended set pretty much anywhere in the set…new names too…T100s are now T150s, and T300 are T350…not sure where T300 went! www.titleist.com/t-series-irons

Just a guess but since the announcement was about tour seeding, there may still be a T300 released later and the T350 might just be the utility club version that some pros like to put in the bag? If not, having this new T350 as a full set replacement for the T300 set will work too.

Any idea when these will be open for the public to test out?

Typically they will announce dates when fitters can let you hit them and do pre-orders. Watch for that here on the forum. That is usually about a month before retail stores get stock supply for off-the-shelf purchase. With the current tour release, seems to be on schedule like past releases so probably August or September fittings. Expect a production delay on custom orders due to sheer volume once pre-release orders start to pile up.

Good call. Maybe. I’m not excited they are still using the polymer back for the T200 and now the T350…it’s clicky, cheap feeling, and just doesn’t look good up close…I’d rather have an open back. Oh! And when you want to change shafts, you need to be very careful with the polymer…it melts very easily! Ask me how I know… :).

Peter G@ No, its not the cheap polymer back any more, thats what a club pro told me.

Can’t wait to go to a Titleist fitter for these new irons and order. I like T150/T200 combo possibly.
  8. Getting excited to try these now - some social media posts of staffers fittings being circulated - the wait is really hard!!
  9. At the golf course where I work, we had the Titleist rep, he showed us the T series, I love the T350 irons and I order them. They will be in our store with demo clubs to be tested in the store.
  10. I am always amazed that Titleist can make clubs even better looking then the previous model. Hats off to the designers if the play half as good as they look I am ready
  11. Has there been any details as to what these 2023 T-iron models are? I hate to plow through the social media sites.

The club I belong to has a fitting in 2 weeks for these, so would like to find out more to decide whether I should sign up or not, yet couldn't find the info on the Titleist site or Team Titleist.

    Thanks.

I'm a bit bummed today. About a month ago (shortly after the iron release was announced), my club announced a Titleist fitting. My current irons (718 AP1/AP3) are close to 6 years old so with shop credit I figured I'd sign up early to get fit for the new irons. Yesterday, found out that the fitters aren't able to start fitting for the new irons until August. Seems the fitter is planning on focusing on woods and hybrids (was fit for the woods in the fall).

does this seem right? I've been reading posts where the members have already been fit for the new irons.

    thanks,
    Steve

Good news is that your specs from a fitting using the old T series should be close enough that you can apply those results to an order of the new versions when they become available and feel good about matching up to your needs.

The fittings that are going on right now are mostly for Titleist Staffers and Brand Ambassadors. Public fittings should be begin later this month or early August.

It does seem correct based on history, The last couple years when a new line is announced the early fittings are always announced by Titleist, not local clubs. Titleist will host fittings for it's Staff members, then usually several advance Team Titleist fittings around the country, I think several of these were posted yesterday.

Fittings by local clubs even if it's the local rep, usually follow those a few weeks later.

Again, this isn't any official info from Titleist, just going by what the timelines in the past couple releases have followed

Dale, unfortunately that's NOT what the fitter is planning. He's not looking at ANY iron fittings for this weekend. All I can hope is that he comes back at a time I can make and that it won't take long for the clubs to arrive so that I can use them before the winter sets in.

are the new T350 irons really forged?? I thought they were forged face only, but it has "forged" on hosel?

It's the face that is Forged and Milled. It's not uncommon for most companies to put Forged on the hosel when any portion of the iron is forged.

I've never played or really even tried a Titleist iron over the 20+ years I've been playing but I'm starting to become a pretty big Titleist fanboy. I'm trying to debate between getting a set of current T100s irons or wait until the new model comes out. Hopefully the next version isn't much bigger than the current.

My mind says wait for the new model but I live in South Dakota and would love to get some new and shiny irons in the bag before the season is over.

Just got fitted for the new Titleist T350’s. Great clubs looking forward to putting them in play.

I’m excited to get the new T100’s out to the course this week, had a couple of range sessions with them and have been very impressed.
  23. I attended a fitting at my club on 7/14 and was able to try out the a variety of Titleist Irons, and ended up purchasing the T350 Irons with a TSR3, and a couple of TSR2 fairway woods.

With a standard shaft length I hit the ball really well, but with a longer shaft the dispersion results were a lot tighter.

I am glad to say that it was time well worth spending with the fitter and our Pro, and can’t wait to play with the woods this week and the T350 which are in process so hopefully they will be in the bag in the next couple of weeks

Anyone who has a fitting for the new t-series, did anyone mention lead times from order date to arrival?

Just got fitted today for a set of the new T350’s. Boy are they as advertised. They were exactly what I need at this stage in life. Tried several shafts, and the best one for me, by far, was the Steelfibre I80. Matt, the Titleist fitter was great. Took the time until the fit was right. 5***** all the way!!!!
  27. I went to Matt up at pevely today also. He was very good. It would have been even better if it didn’t rain a bunch the night before. Hope my clubs come in fast.

Does anyone know if the "chassis" of the new T200s is forged or cast?

I know the face is forged, but I was hoping for a cast chassis.

    Thanks.
